Meet Belinda
When I started my Virtual Assistant business in 2010, I built my first WordPress website.
I knew nothing about WordPress other than it was a popular platform that friends and colleagues were raving about, so I jumped in.
After weeks of spending HOURS every day and thousands of Google searches, my website was finally finished. But even with all that effort, it still looked very DIY and I was always wasting time tinkering with it.
As soon as I could afford it, I invested in my business so that I could have a professionally designed and built website.
I had worked with Mark Tatro (graphic designer) and Barry Shuchter (web developer) on many client projects, so I hired them to help me with my RocketGirl website.
When I started The VA Connection® community, I decided to provide a simple way for Virtual Assistants to create their own WordPress websites without the struggle I experienced when building my first website.
